Helping teams discover their deep competing commitments that blocks them from achieving their most important goals. She brings pragmatic strategies given her experience as an IT professional with a mix of eastern and western philosophy.

Suzie has extensive experience in driving international transformation projects, and in preparing business leaders and employees for change. During 19 years working in the aeronautical industry, she has led both flagship projects and teams large and small in culture change, leadership, digital transformation, Agile, diversity and inclusion, talent management and recruitment.
